Design
BizWiz Logo, $389: two original concepts, two rounds of revisions and final files in every format, with full ownership. BizWiz Branding, $649, adds three logo variations, a brand style guide, a business card and an email signature.
Business
BizWiz Business Launch, $1,299: entity structure guidance, EIN and filing coordination, a written business plan, banking, payment processing and accounting software setup guidance, and a startup checklist for your county. Guidance and coordination only, not legal or tax advice.
Web
Three hand-coded, mobile-first tiers, each with domain, hosting, email, SSL, a bot-protected form, on-page SEO and analytics. Essential, $2,419, up to 6 pages. Professional, $3,519, up to 12 pages with full local SEO. Supreme, $4,949, everything in Professional plus up to 20 pages with a catalog, e-commerce or booking.
Care plans
Monthly upkeep for a live site. Care Basic, $89 per month: hosting, SSL, weekly backups, security and uptime monitoring, updates and up to 30 minutes of edits. Care Plus, $149 per month, adds up to 2 hours of edits, a monthly performance report and priority response.
SEO retainers
SEO Local, $399 per month: Google Business Profile management, monthly on-page work, citation and NAP cleanup, rank tracking and a monthly report. SEO Growth, $799 per month, adds two new SEO pages a month, link building and a quarterly strategy call. Three-month minimum on both.
Print & promo
Business cards, letterhead, brochures, signs, banners, vehicle wraps, embroidery, screen printing and promotional products. No listed price, because materials, quantities and finishes vary too widely. Every job is quoted after a consultation.
Custom development
Databases, customer or staff portals and other advanced web development that goes beyond a marketing website. No listed price, because the job is sized by what the system has to do. Every project is scoped and quoted after a discovery consultation.
50% deposit to start, balance at completion, invoiced through Square. Hosting after the included period is $234 per year; design and revision work outside a package is $59 per hour.
