JWCAA is based on Old 41 Road in Bonita Springs, between Naples and Fort Myers, and works with businesses across Lee and Collier counties. In-person consultations, print and signage stay local, where Jessica can see the storefront and check the proofs herself.
Web design, SEO and branding do not need a local address. Remote clients anywhere in the United States are welcome, with consultations by phone or video and a private staging link to review the work.

Questions about getting started
What happens after I submit the form?
It goes straight to Jessica, not to a queue or an assistant. She replies personally, within two business days, and suggests a time for your consultation by phone, video or in person. If you named a BizWiz package, she confirms it fits what you described before anything is invoiced.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Every engagement starts with a complimentary consultation with no obligation at the end of it. You get an honest recommendation about what you need and what you do not, plus a price: a published BizWiz package if one fits, or a written quote for custom work. Nothing is billed until you decide to go ahead, and then it is a 50% deposit to start and the balance at completion.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No, but a few things make the conversation more useful: your current website or logo if you have one, a couple of sites or brands you like, and a rough sense of your timeline. If you are starting a business, tell Jessica whether the name is chosen and the entity is formed. If none of that exists yet, that is fine. Starting from nothing is exactly what JWCAA was built for.
Do you take walk-ins?
Consultations are by appointment, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. The office on Old 41 is a working studio, and Jessica is often with a client or in the middle of a build, so send a request first and you will have her full attention when you arrive.
