JW Consulting And Advisory invoices through Square. Payments run on Square’s secure checkout, so your card details go to Square and are never shared with us directly.
How billing works
One invoice, one Pay button, one person to email
Pay online
When an invoice is ready, Square emails it to you on behalf of JW Consulting And Advisory. The email has a Pay button that opens Square’s checkout, where you can pay with a credit or debit card.
Use the secure Pay button in the invoice email you received. If you cannot find it, email info (at) jwcaa.com and we will resend it.
Deposits and balances
Project work is billed in two parts: a 50% deposit to start and the balance at completion.
Monthly plans, including BizWiz Care and the SEO retainers, bill on the same day each month.
Other ways to pay
Prefer not to pay by card? Email info (at) jwcaa.com before the due date and we will arrange another way to pay and note it on the invoice.
Invoices follow a conversation, not a shopping cart. We send an invoice only after a consultation and a written scope you have agreed to, so nobody pays for work that has not been defined, and no BizWiz package is bought blind. Ready to start? Book a consultation or send a BizWiz inquiry.

Common questions
Is paying through Square secure?
Yes. The Pay button opens a checkout page hosted and encrypted by Square. Your card number is entered there and nowhere else; it never passes through our website or our inbox.
Do you store my card details?
No. We never see or keep your full card number. Square processes the payment and tells us the invoice was paid. If Square offers to save your card for future invoices, that choice is yours; the card stays with Square, not with us.
What if I did not get the invoice?
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Square on behalf of JW Consulting And Advisory. If it is not there, email info (at) jwcaa.com with the address you want invoices sent to and we will resend it right away.
Can I pay in installments?
Only as a deposit and a balance. Project work is billed 50% to start and 50% at completion. Monthly Care and SEO plans already bill month to month. If the total is more than you want to commit at once, say so at the consultation; it is often possible to start smaller and add on later.
