Website pricing · Southwest Florida

How much does a website cost in Southwest Florida? Here is the straight answer.

At JWCAA, a complete small business website is $2,419, $3,519 or $4,949, one-time. The price depends on how many pages you need, how much SEO is built in and whether you sell or book online. Every package includes a logo, domain, hosting, SSL, professional email, a bot-protected contact form, on-page SEO and analytics. After the included hosting, plan on $234 per year, or a Care plan from $89 per month.

Every price on this page is also published on the BizWiz packages page. The consultation is complimentary, and nothing is billed until you decide to go ahead.

Six pages covers home, about, two or three services and contact. 12 adds location pages for each city you serve. 20 covers everything in the first two tiers, plus a catalog, an online store, a booking calendar or a business with many distinct services. Not included in any package: domain premiums, e-commerce or booking platform fees and their transaction fees, print production and stock photography. These are third-party costs, not JWCAA fees.

Which one fits most businesses?

Web Professional is the right size for most service businesses: more pages and full local SEO with location pages and schema, without e-commerce. Web Essential suits a business that needs to look legitimate, be found by name and take inquiries from a phone. Web Supreme is for a product catalog, online payments, live booking or a full rebrand.

After launch

What a website costs to keep

A website is not a one-time purchase. Every web package includes its first year of hosting and maintenance, two on Web Supreme. After that you choose how much help you want, and your domain stays in your name and the site stays yours either way.

Hosting only, or a Care plan?

Hosting only keeps the site online with SSL. A Care plan adds the maintenance that keeps a site from quietly breaking, plus a monthly allowance for the edits every business needs: seasonal offers, new photos, staff changes, price updates.

Do you need an SEO retainer?

Not necessarily. Every web package includes the SEO fundamentals. A retainer makes sense in a competitive category, or when you want to grow beyond your home city. The 3-month minimum exists because search results take time: Google typically needs two months or more to reflect new pages, citations and profile activity. More about SEO & local search →

What moves the number

What raises or changes a quote

The web packages have fixed prices because they have fixed scopes. These are the things that move a project from one price to another, or outside a package entirely. Anything outside a package gets a written quote before work starts.

Pages, SEO and online sales

Three things move a site from one tier to the next: page count (up to 6, up to 12 or up to 20), how much SEO is built in, and whether you need online sales or booking. Web Professional adds location pages for each city you serve, structured data and Google Business Profile setup. A product catalog, online payments or live booking is what Web Supreme is for.

Custom development

Databases, customer or staff portals with logins, online applications, dashboards, payment processing and tools built around the way your business runs go beyond a marketing website. They are custom development, sized by what the system has to do and quoted after a discovery consultation, not part of the packages.

Extra design and revision time

Each web package lists its consulting hours on its card above. The logo in Web Essential is designed as in BizWiz Logo: two original concepts and two rounds of revisions. Additional design or revision time is $79 per hour, and so are site changes beyond a Care plan allowance.

Third-party costs

Some costs belong to other companies: domain premiums, e-commerce or booking platform fees and their transaction fees, print production and stock photography. Stock photos are not billed by JWCAA; if you want a specific stock image, you provide it or pay the source directly.

Writing the pages is part of the process. Page copy is written with you, based on your consultation and the keywords your customers actually search, and you review and approve everything before design starts. If you already have copy, it is edited for the web and for search.

Ways to get online

DIY builder, template or hand-coded?

There are three common ways to put a small business online, and the price you pay to launch is only part of the cost. What matters just as much is how the site performs on a phone, what it takes to keep it running and who owns it.

DIY website builder

The quickest way online, and fine if the phone already rings enough. The trade-offs show up later: a free builder site usually carries the builder’s branding, rarely ranks for searches like ‘your service + your city’ and often does not work well on a phone. When you outgrow it, a rebuild with redirects keeps any address that already ranks.

Theme or template site

A ready-made design, shared with every other business that picked the same template. Theme sites lean on plugins that need updates and security patches every month, and template bloat slows pages down on a phone.

Hand-coded, the JWCAA way

Every page written in HTML and CSS, with no page builder, no theme, no plugins to patch and no monthly platform fee. Pages load fast on a phone, forms are bot-protected, SEO basics ship with the site, and the domain and site files are yours, so no vendor can hold your site hostage.

See it for yourself. A 51-page site built this way for an exterior cleaning company, with service pages, city pages and bot-protected estimate forms, scores 88 on Lighthouse mobile. Open it on your phone at pwpfla.com, or browse more on the portfolio page.

Before you pay anyone

Six questions to ask any web designer

Whoever you hire, get these answers before a deposit changes hands. Here is how JWCAA answers each one.

Who owns the domain and the files?

The domain is registered in your name, the site files are yours, and logo files are delivered in every format with ownership transferred. If we part ways, you leave with all of it.

What does hosting cost after year one?

Managed hosting with SSL is included for the first year, two on Web Supreme. After that it is $234 per year, or a BizWiz Care plan from $89 per month.

How do the forms stop spam?

Every form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a hidden honeypot field and server-side verification, then delivered to your inbox and logged to a spreadsheet you own. No open email addresses for bots to harvest.

What SEO is included at launch?

Page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, Google Search Console submission and Google Analytics come with every package. Web Professional and Web Supreme add structured data, location pages and Google Business Profile setup.

Who do I call after launch?

JWCAA, and Jessica is the person you work with. A Care plan includes a monthly allowance of content edits, 30 minutes on Care Basic and 2 hours on Care Plus, with email support on Basic and priority response on Plus. Changes beyond the allowance are $79 per hour.

Will I see it before it goes live?

Yes. You review every page on a private staging link before launch. If you are replacing an old site, its page addresses are redirected so you keep your search history.

Common questions about price

How much does a small business website cost in Southwest Florida?

At JWCAA, BizWiz web packages are published at $2,419, $3,519 and $4,949, one-time. Each includes a logo, domain, hosting, professional email, SSL, a bot-protected contact form, on-page SEO and analytics. Custom builds such as portals and databases are quoted after a consultation. After the included hosting period, hosting is $234 per year, or you can move to a BizWiz Care plan.

Are there monthly fees?

Not to launch. Every web package is a one-time price that includes the first year of hosting and maintenance, or two years on Web Supreme. After that you choose: hosting only at $234 per year, or a BizWiz Care plan at $89 or $149 per month that adds backups, monitoring, updates and a monthly allowance of content edits. SEO retainers are optional.

How and when do I pay?

Web packages are 50% to start and the balance at completion. Monthly plans are billed each month. Every invoice comes through Square, and nothing is billed until you decide to go ahead. If you already have an invoice, use the Pay Your Invoice page.

Which web package do most service businesses need?

Web Professional, at $3,519. It adds full on-page SEO with structured data, service-area and location pages, and Google Business Profile setup to everything in Web Essential, without e-commerce. Third-party costs: domain premiums, e-commerce or booking platform fees and their transaction fees, print production and stock photography. Design or revision time beyond what a package includes is $79 per hour. Databases, portals and other custom development are quoted separately after a consultation.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. Every engagement starts with a complimentary consultation, by phone, video or in person in Bonita Springs, with no obligation at the end of it. You leave with an honest recommendation and a price: a published BizWiz package if one fits, or a written quote for custom work.
