Web design for home-service businesses
Websites for home-service businesses, built to turn a phone search into a booked job.
Pressure washing and roof cleaning, house cleaning, home watch, pool service, lawn and landscaping, contractors: in Southwest Florida, so much of this work starts with a search on a phone, often from the driveway or the pool deck. JWCAA builds hand-coded, mobile-first websites that turn that search into an estimate request, with a form that actually arrives, pages for the services you sell and the cities you work in, and a call one tap away.
What the site has to do
Six jobs a home-service website has to do before the phone rings
A homeowner who just noticed a stained roof, a green pool or an overgrown yard is standing outside with a phone. They tap a result and decide, quickly, whether to contact you or the next company on the list. These six things decide it.
An estimate form that actually arrives
A short contact or estimate form within reach on every page, protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a hidden honeypot field and a server-side check. Real requests are delivered to your inbox and logged to a spreadsheet you own. Bots are not.
A page for every service
Someone searching for paver sealing is not searching for pressure washing, and a single Services page ranks for neither. Roof cleaning, pool service, home watch, lawn care: each thing you want more of gets its own page, title and description.
A page for every city you work in
One page that lists five cities rarely ranks in any of them. Each town you drive to gets its own page and its own copy, not the same paragraph with the name swapped. Service-area and location pages come with BizWiz Web Professional and Web Supreme. JWCAA’s own site is built the same way, with separate pages for Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples.
Fast on a phone, call or text in one tap
Hand-coded pages with no builder bloat load in a couple of seconds on a phone; a roof-cleaning site built this way scores 88 on Lighthouse mobile. A tap-to-call button sits on every screen, with a text link for customers who would rather text than call.
Before-and-after photos
Photos of your real work, not stock images of someone else’s truck. A before-and-after gallery of a roof, a driveway, a pool or a yard shows the customer exactly what they are paying for.
Reviews and trust you can see
Google trusts a business whose name, address and phone match across its website, Business Profile and directories, and whose customers leave recent reviews. On the site itself, real photos and email on your own domain do more than any slogan.
Every site also includes domain registration in your name, managed hosting with SSL, professional email, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, Google Search Console submission and Google Analytics, and a private staging preview before launch. See how a JWCAA website is built →
Real work, live right now
Two home-service sites we’ve built
Both are working business sites you can open on your phone this minute. Every link goes to the live site, not a mockup.
Roof cleaning & paver sealing · Bonita Springs
Exterior cleaning company
A 51-page site with service pages and city pages, so a search for roof cleaning in a specific town lands on a page written for that town.
- Bot-protected estimate forms
- Lighthouse mobile score of 88
- The same logo carried across the site and its estimate forms
Cleaning & home watch · Web, branding & print
Home cleaning & home watch company
Cleaning and home watch serving Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Babcock Ranch. The website, quote form, rack cards and business cards were designed as one system.
- Website and quote form
- Rack cards and business cards
- The same logo files, colors and type on every piece
- The card a customer is handed matches the site they open afterward
The season & out-of-town owners
Built for Southwest Florida’s calendar, and for owners who are out of town
Home-service work here follows the season, and it is often booked by owners who are not in the house. A good site plans for both.
Live before season, not during it
Seasonal residents come back for the winter and start searching the day they land, and rankings typically take two months or more to establish. Start in late summer and the site is live and indexed before season, while the roads are still quiet.
Booked from out of state
Owners of seasonal homes and vacation rentals often hire from out of state, looking for cleaning, pool service, lawn care and home watch they can book without being here. The site has to answer their questions, load fast on a phone and make a quote request easy.
Every season has its own searches
Home watch, pool service and cleaning searches climb when the winter residents return. Roof cleaning, storm prep and outdoor work follow the summer rains. Page titles, content and Google Business Profile posts can follow that same calendar.
Home watch: the trust has to show before the first visit
A home watch client is handing a key to someone they may never meet in person, for a house they will not be in for a while, and they are often deciding from somewhere else. They cannot drop by your office or shake your hand in the driveway, so everything that would normally build trust face to face has to be on the page, stated plainly.
The same is true, to a lesser degree, for cleaning, pool and lawn companies that do the work while the owner is away. None of this needs to be clever. It needs to be clear, current and easy to find on a phone.
What a home watch site should make easy to find
- Who comes to the house, with real photos
- What each visit checks, as a plain list
- How you report back after a visit
- How keys, codes and access are handled
- License and insurance details, if you carry them
- The cities and neighborhoods you cover
- Email on your own domain and a quote form that works from anywhere
Keeping a site current through the season is what BizWiz Care plans are for, and on a BizWiz SEO plan your Google Business Profile posts follow the season.

Logo, cards & signs
The truck, the yard sign and the website should look like one company
A home-service business is seen in a lot of places besides its website: on the truck in the driveway, on the sign in the yard, on the card left on the counter. JWCAA designs all of them from the same brand files, colors and type, so nothing looks borrowed.
A logo that holds up on a truck door
Every BizWiz web package includes logo design. Every JWCAA logo is drawn as vector art, built to hold up on a truck door or sign, print in one color and stitch cleanly on shirts and hats, and delivered in every format with full ownership.
Explore logo design & branding →Business cards & rack cards
Designed from the same logo files, colors and type as your website, the way the home cleaning and home watch company above had its rack cards and business cards designed. The card a customer is handed matches the site they open afterward.
Explore print & signage →Yard signs, wraps & work shirts
Job-site yard signs, truck and van wraps and decals, and embroidered polos, hats and work shirts, laid out from your vector files. Every print job is quoted individually after a consultation, and you approve a proof before anything is produced.
How print is quoted →Print production is always quoted separately, per order, and is never bundled into a web package. Extra revision rounds beyond those included, or a flyer outside a package, are $79 per hour. Print, signage and wraps are handled for businesses in Lee and Collier counties.
Home-service website FAQ
Questions from home-service owners
Which BizWiz web package fits a home-service business?
For most, BizWiz Web Professional at $3,519: up to 12 pages, quote or booking-request forms with bot protection, service-area and location pages, structured data, Google Business Profile setup and conversion tracking. Web Essential at $2,419 covers up to six pages, enough for home, about, two or three services and contact, with a bot-protected contact form. Web Supreme at $4,949 makes room for up to 20 pages, live online booking or online payments, and a full rebrand. Payment is 50% to start and the balance at completion, and hosting after the included period is $234 per year.
How do your estimate forms keep out spam?
Every form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a hidden honeypot field and server-side verification, then delivered to your inbox and logged to a spreadsheet you own. There are no shared plugins and no open email addresses for bots to harvest, so what arrives is a real request, not spam.
I work in several cities. Do I need a page for each one?
Yes, if you want to be found in each one. One page that lists five cities rarely ranks in any of them. Each city you serve gets its own page with its own title and copy, and your Google Business Profile lists the same service area. Service-area and location pages are included in BizWiz Web Professional and Web Supreme. The exterior cleaning company above is built this way, with a page for each service and each city it serves.
My busy season is winter. When should I start on a website?
Before it. A BizWiz Web Essential site usually launches three to four weeks after we have your content, larger builds run five to eight weeks, and rankings typically take two months or more to establish. Start in late summer and you are live and indexed before the seasonal residents return.
Can you also design my business cards, rack cards and yard signs?
Yes. Every web package includes logo design, and print pieces are designed from the same logo files, colors and type as the website. Business cards, rack cards, yard signs, vehicle wraps and apparel are quoted individually after a consultation, and you approve a proof before anything is produced. Print production is never bundled into a web package.
Do we need to meet in person?
Only if you want to. Consultations are complimentary, at your business, at the JWCAA office on Old 41 Road in Bonita Springs (by appointment only), by phone or by video. You review every page on a private staging link and can approve it from your phone before the site goes live.
